In addition to my featured services, I can also help with the following:

• One-time and routine home maintenance, such as:
  • Cleaning dryer vents
  • Replacing HVAC filters, smoke detectors/batteries, light bulbs
  • Small scale gutter repairs and cleaning
• Home maintenance assessments
  • A walk-through of your home and property to look for things that need attention. Leaky faucets, squeaky or poor fitting doors, loose handles and hinges, off-center cabinet doors or wall hangings, clogged gutters, burned out lights, AC filters that need replacement, and so on.
• Storm/screen door installations
• Make-ready tasks for home sales and rentals
