Recent Projects

Some of the things I’ve helped homeowners with recently:

Remove loose toilet roll holder, patch, texture, prime and paint new drywall, reinstall toilet roll holder into a stud so it won’t loosen up again.
Remove water-damaged baseboards, ensure there was no moisture in drywall prior to replacing, priming, and painting new baseboards in bathroom.
Remove door from master bath toilet alcove, patch, prime, and paint hinge and latch plate locations to clean up door frame.
Swap refrigerator door handles and hinges so door opens on a more convenient side of the refrigerator.
Install new magnetic latches in an armoire so doors would stay closed.
Reinforce roof and walls of outdoor laundry/water heater shed to protect from rain.
Install new mini-blinds, smoke and CO2 alarms, and window A/C unit in rental property.
Build new linen cabinet door, install, prime, and paint.
Remove and replace old cabinet knobs.
