Covid-19 Information and Policies

• Current as of January 2022.
  I am fully vaccinated and boosted. The following Covid precautions/requirements apply for interior work:
  • I monitor for symptoms daily and do not perform interior work if I show any signs of illness or learn that anyone I’ve been in contact with in the past two weeks has had symptoms, is awaiting test results, or has tested positive for Covid-19. 
  • I always mask when working in occupied spaces. I prefer all other occupants wear a mask while I’m on the premises, as well.
  • Exceptions for eating/drinking, and other necessary situations, however I do not eat/drink inside your residence.
  • Minimize interaction as much as possible with a preferred minimum 10ft social distance and isolation of work area as much as possible.
  • Mutual agreement to making the following disclosures:
    • Before work begins and on a daily basis for the duration of a project: whether you or anyone you’ve been in contact with in the past two weeks has had symptoms, is awaiting test results, has tested positive for Covid-19, or has traveled to a Covid-19 hotspot (as defined by WHO and/or CDC)
    • For the two week period following completion of the project: whether you or anyone you’ve been in contact with develops symptoms, gets tested for, or tests positive for Covid-19. 
  • On my personal time, I consistently wear a mask in occupied spaces outside my household, practice social distance and good hygiene/handwashing/hand sanitizing practices, and otherwise minimize contact with others outside my household. 

  If there are additional precautions/protocols you want me to observe, such as wearing gloves while working, or sanitizing high touch surfaces at completion of work, please let me know, I am happy to accommodate in the interest of everyone’s health and safety.
